Important note: GMU personnel can be assigned more than one role within RAMP COI. All GMU employees are given the discloser user type in RAMP and are required to complete or update their Disclosure Profile regardless of any other system-specific roles they are assigned. If you are a Chair, Dean, or Supervisor, you are also a discloser.

Complete or update your Disclosure Profile. This profile provides a summary of your interests and previously disclosed information.

Relatedness Statement
For anyone associated with a new research project who has already updated their Disclosure Profile.

Pre-Approval Request
Submit a request to participate in certain outside activities, such as board service, outside academic appointments, or expert witness work.

Disclosing Family Members
For any discloser who has an immediate family member who is also a GMU employee.

Request a Clarification
For personnel assigned to review pre-approval requests in RAMP COI.
